I recently approached Ian Purchas, a Principal of RMG Partners, to assist the Board of Directors of a privately owned company to propound a Deed of Company Arrangement and ultimately to give effect to that Deed.

Whilst a relatively uncomplicated assignment, the work was undertaken with a high degree of professionalism and skill and Ian Purchas in particular, was attentive as to timing and statutory issues meeting the needs and concerns of the Directors in giving effect to the Deed.  That Deed has been effectuated and we are now moving to a members voluntary winding up also to be carried out through RMG Partners.

My experience with Ian and his team has left me in no doubt as to the high degree of proessionalism in their firm and I would have no hesitation in making further and future referrals to RMG Partners for work of this nature.
