I enrolled in the RMG Partners Business Growth Program because my business was starting to grow and I needed a strategy for managing that growth and to get a better handle on my figures. The first part of the program was a business health check which highlighted the areas of the business which were working well and those that needed attention. This gave me clear direction as to where to focus my energy and effort, rather than trying to deal with everything at once which so often happens in small business. My regular sessions with Sonia since the health check have uncovered some great ways for me to increase my client base, focus my service offerings, reduce my costs, manage my time, and achieve greater profit and satisfaction from this business I love. I now have a clear direction for the business will which lead me to my own personal goals and I couldn’t be more excited about the future! This program has paid for itself already and I would urge anyone running their own business to enrol because it will change the way you think about your business, work in your business and live outside your business.
